- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, program managers, and hiring managers to establish trust and long-term partnerships.
- **Strategic Account Expansion**:
- Identify white spaces, new business units, and untapped opportunities within existing accounts to expand footprint and wallet share.
- **Drive Delivery Alignment**:
- Work closely with recruitment teams to align hiring strategies, improve quality, and increase closures.
- **Performance Optimization**:
- Continuously track KPIs like submissions, interviews, closures, fill ratios, and supplier rankings, and implement strategies to enhance them.
- **Market Intelligence**:
