Job Description

As an Accounts Manager at TekWissen Group, you will play a crucial role in not just managing accounts but also in building, scaling, and dominating them. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • **Own & Grow Accounts**:
  • Take complete ownership of assigned MSP and Direct client accounts, focusing on revenue growth, market share, and supplier ranking improvement.
  • **MSP & Vendor Management Expertise**:
  • Navigate VMS/MSP environments efficiently (Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.), ensuring higher submission ratios, better hit rates, and stronger client visibility.
  • **Client Relationship Management**:
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, program managers, and hiring managers to establish trust and long-term partnerships.
  • **Strategic Account Expansion**:
  • Identify white spaces, new business units, and untapped opportunities within existing accounts to expand footprint and wallet share.
  • **Drive Delivery Alignment**:
  • Work closely with recruitment teams to align hiring strategies, improve quality, and increase closures.
  • **Performance Optimization**:
  • Continuously track KPIs like submissions, interviews, closures, fill ratios, and supplier rankings, and implement strategies to enhance them.
  • **Market Intelligence**:
  • Stay updated on US staffing trends, client expectations, and competitor positioning to keep TekWissen ahead.
  • **Operational Excellence**:
  • Ensure compliance, process adherence, and smooth execution across all accounts.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 8+ years of experience in US Staffing, with exposure to both MSP and Direct clients.
  • Proven track record of growing accounts and improving supplier rankings.
  • Deep understanding of VMS tools, client expectations, and delivery dynamics.
  • Strong experience working with recruitment/delivery teams at scale.
  • Ability to influence clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics and performance improvement.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
