Role Description

About the Role

Tejlak is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for expanding our tea brand presence, increasing sales, and building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners
  • Visit local markets, tea stalls, and shops to promote Tejlak products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns (online & offline)
  • Promote products through social media, WhatsApp, and local advertising
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain quality benefits to customers
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Ensure timely order collection and coordinate with the supply team
  • Generate daily/weekly sales reports and performance updates
  • Skills & Requirements:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets
  • Good networking and relationship-building ability
  • Familiarity with social media marketing is a plus
  • Passion for sales and business growth
