IT Helpdesk Support
9 Month contract
Vancouver, hybrid
- 2 years’ experience in an IT Help Desk or Service Desk position
- Knowledge of windows/mac OS/android/iOS, Active Directory and MS365 would be an asset.
- Experience working with ticketing system. ServiceNow exp is preferred.
- Experience providing first level technical support to end-users/customers by analyzing, troubleshooting, diagnosing and applying appropriate solutions to restore end-users and customer issues.
- Experience assisting users, both remotely and in-person, to diagnose and resolve problems, escalates when necessary, and documents problem status and action taken.
- Any appropriate designations and up-to-date knowledge of current information technology techniques and tools.
