Compensation:Salary: 176,000 – $195,550 OTEAbout the OpportunityOur client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a high-profile, security-sensitive project in Alberta. This is a rare opportunity to take on a major build with strong visibility, complexity, and long-term significance.This role is ideal for a proven senior construction leader who can manage projects from pre-construction through completion while overseeing design coordination, budget, schedule, reporting, team leadership, and client relationships. The successful candidate will bring strong ICI experience, sound financial judgment, and the ability to lead confidently in a demanding project environment.What You Will Be Doing

  • Providing overall construction management from pre-construction to project completion
  • Managing design, coordination, budget, and schedule in conjunction with the Superintendent
  • Preparing regular, timely, and accurate owner billings
  • Ensuring timely payment and coordination of subcontractor billings
  • Meeting with Owners, consultants, and project stakeholders in a professional and effective manner
  • Monitoring, interpreting, and forecasting project cost reports to ensure alignment with estimates and margin expectations
  • Maintaining positive project cash flow
  • Leading project meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting the development and progression of the project team
  • Preparing reports for senior leadership and escalating project risks as required
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the life of the project

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in ICI construction
  • Minimum 7 years in a Project Manager role
  • Strong experience leading projects from pre-construction through completion
  • Ability to manage project financials including cost reporting, forecasting, billings, and cash flow
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to mentor, delegate to, and lead larger teams
  • Experience working in complex, deadline-driven environments
  • Must hold security clearance or be eligible to obtain it

  • Experience in remote, secure, defence-related, or highly regulated project environments
