About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented pharma graduates who are eager to start their career in medical underwriting. As a Trainee Underwriter, you will be trained to assess medical information, analyze risks, and make informed underwriting decisions as per company guidelines.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who wish to build a long-term career in the healthcare, insurance, and risk assessment domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze medical records, lab reports, and health declarations.
• Assess medical and financial risks based on company underwriting guidelines.
• Support the senior underwriters in preparing reports and documentation.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of customer data.
• Collaborate with internal teams for case clarifications and approvals.
• Participate in training sessions to understand medical terminology, risk categories, and insurance policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• Strong analytical and interpretation skills.
• Attention to detail with good decision-making ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Willingness to learn and work in a process-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Weekly off: Entitled to one weekly off per week

Woking Shift: 10 Am to 6:30 PM

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
