This role is focused on building and converting a strong pipeline of public-sector work while strengthening long-term agency relationships.</span></p> <p data-start="1033" data-end="1334"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The position is based in Princeton, NJ. You will operate at both a strategic and hands-on level—identifying opportunities, shaping pursuits, and positioning the firm for successful project delivery within highly competitive procurement environments.</span></p> <h1 style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-family: impact, sans-serif; color: rgb(17, 32, 61); font-size: 24pt;"><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></span></h1> <ul> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;">Build and maintain senior-level relationships across agencies such as NJDOT, NJ Turnpike Authority, NJ Transit, and other NJ agencies.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;">Drive opportunity identification and go/no-go decisions across transportation and infrastructure pursuits</li> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;">Lead pursuit strategy, including teaming, positioning, and proposal development for complex RFPs</li> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with technical leadership to align capabilities with market demand and client priorities</li> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;">Expand Techno’s presence in the Philadelphia region through targeted outreach and consistent client engagement</li> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;">Track upcoming procurements, funding programs, and policy shifts that impact the transportation market</li> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;">Represent the firm in client meetings, industry forums, and regional networking events</li> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;">Support long-term account management and client retention strategies</li> </ul> <h1 style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-family: impact, sans-serif; color: rgb(17, 32, 61); font-size: 24pt;"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></span></h1> <ul> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business, or related field (advanced degree is a plus)</li> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;">Experience in business development, client engagement, or pursuit leadership within transportation or civil infrastructure</li> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;">Established relationships or direct experience working with agencies such as NJDOT, NJTA, or NJ Transit</li> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;">Strong understanding of public procurement processes, including RFQs/RFPs and contract pursuit strategies</li> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability to influence and close opportunities within a competitive consulting environment</li> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li> </ul> <p style="line-height: 1.4;"><br><span style="color: rgb(208, 152, 71); font-size: 12pt;"><em>Join us as we redefine excellence in engineering and construction management, shaping tomorrow's infrastructure landscape with innovation and precision.
