color: rgb(17, 32, 61); font-size: 24pt;"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></span></h1> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">10+ years of progressive experience in business development, project delivery, or leadership within the Rail &amp; Transit sector.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated success securing major infrastructure projects (public agency experience strongly preferred).</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong understanding of rail systems, transit infrastructure, capital programs, and funding mechanisms.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Established relationships with transit agencies, transportation authorities, and industry partners.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Executive presence with strong communication and negotiation skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience working with major transit authorities (e.g., commuter rail, heavy rail, or metropolitan transit systems).</span></li> </ul> <p style="line-height: 1.4;"><br><span style="color: rgb(208, 152, 71);
