<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Techno is hiring an <span style="color: rgb(22, 145, 121);"><span style="color: rgb(208, 152, 71);"><strong>Office Engineer</strong></span> </span>to </span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">support a large-scale infrastructure program focused on pedestrian accessibility improvements across New York City. This role plays a key part in coordinating construction documentation, supporting field operations, and helping ensure projects are delivered in compliance with design standards and regulatory requirements.</span></p>
<p style="line-height: 1.4;" data-start="611" data-end="948"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You will work closely with the Resident Engineer, inspectors, and project teams to manage project records, track progress, and support day-to-day coordination across active construction sites. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced public infrastructure environment.</span></p>

<li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;">Maintain and organize project documentation including submittals, RFIs, drawings, and contract records</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;">Review and process contractor submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and design revisions</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;">Track construction progress, installed quantities, and schedule updates to support reporting</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;">Assist with change management, cost tracking, and project controls documentation</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;">Support ADA and accessibility compliance tracking throughout construction activities</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;">Document field conditions, coordination items, and construction updates from the field team</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;">Prepare meeting minutes, action logs, and follow-ups from coordination meetings</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;">Coordinate communication between field staff, contractors, engineers, and project leadership</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;">Provide administrative and technical support to the Resident Engineer and project management team</li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">5+ years of experience supporting civil, transportation, or infrastructure construction projects</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with ADA accessibility requirements for sidewalks, curb ramps, and pedestrian infrastructure</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with document control systems and project management platforms</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Effective communication skills and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience on New York City public works projects strongly preferred</li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with NYCDDC standards, processes, or project environments is a plus</li>
