<p style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Techno is looking for a <span style="color: rgb(22, 145, 121);"><span style="color: rgb(208, 152, 71);"><strong>Construction Inspector</strong></span> </span>to </span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">support a citywide pedestrian accessibility program across New York City. This role is focused on field inspection of sidewalk, curb, and ramp construction, ensuring all work meets ADA requirements, contract specifications, and agency standards.</span></p>
<p data-start="519" data-end="863"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You will be active on-site in a fast-paced urban environment, monitoring construction activities, documenting progress, and helping maintain quality and compliance across multiple locations. This position is well suited for someone with hands-on inspection experience in public infrastructure and familiarity with NYC accessibility initiatives.</span></p>

<li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain daily inspection reports with clear documentation of progress, site conditions, measurements, and photos</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Observe contractor operations, including materials, installation methods, and sequencing of work</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Identify and document non-compliant work, safety concerns, or field discrepancies, escalating as needed</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Track installed quantities and support documentation for progress and payment verification</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Participate in coordination meetings and provide updates on field conditions and project status</span></li>

<li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong understanding of ADA requirements related to pedestrian ramps, sidewalks, and streetscape improvements</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience preparing detailed field reports and maintaining accurate inspection records</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across field and project teams</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Knowledge of construction safety practices within active urban work zones</span></li>
