<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Techno is assembling seeking a <span style="color: #d09847;"><strong>Construction Bridge Inspector </strong></span>to </span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">support active transportation infrastructure projects throughout New Jersey. This position focuses on construction-phase inspection of bridge and structural work, ensuring all activities align with contract requirements, agency standards, and approved construction documents.</span></p>
<p data-start="514" data-end="832"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You will play a key role in the field, working alongside contractors, engineers, and agency stakeholders to help deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality bridge projects. This is a hands-on role suited for someone experienced in bridge construction methods and inspection processes within a public agency environment.</span></p>

<li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;">Perform field inspections of bridge construction activities, including structural components, to verify compliance with plans and specifications</li>
<li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;">Monitor workmanship, materials, and installation methods to ensure alignment with contract requirements and quality standards</li>
<li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;">Document daily field activity through detailed reports, including progress tracking, quantities, and photographic records</li>
<li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;">Identify and track non-compliant work, coordinating with the Resident Engineer and project team to support resolution</li>
<li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;">Confirm contractor adherence to safety standards, traffic control plans, and staging requirements</li>
<li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;">Review measurements, quantities, and construction methods for accuracy and consistency with project documents</li>
<li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;">Support coordination across contractors, engineers, and agency representatives during ongoing construction operations</li>

<li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">NICET Level III or IV certification strongly preferred</span></li>
<li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven experience performing construction inspection on bridge or structural transportation projects</span></li>
<li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Working knowledge of bridge construction techniques, materials, and quality assurance practices</span></li>
<li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents</span></li>
<li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong written and verbal communication skills for field reporting and coordination</span></li>
<li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with NJTA projects is a plus</span></li>
<li style="line-height: 1.4; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with NJDOT, NJTA, and regional agency standards and inspection procedures</span></li>
