Job Description
Techmation Electric & Controls Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Journeyman & Apprentice Electricians for work with our Bonnyville branch. This position will be for both maintenance and construction projects located within and out of the Bonnyville area.
Techmation works on a variety of industrial oil & gas maintenance projects throughout Western Canada. As a successful applicant, you will have the opportunity to work on full-time, long-term maintenance projects with well-established and reputable clients.
Requirements
- Instrument Journeyman certificate
- Electrical Journeyman certificate
- OR 2nd, 3rd, 4th Year Electrical Apprentice
- Previous experience working within Industrial Oil & Gas facilities
- Candidates must have valid Energy Safety Canada H2S Alive and Fall Protection, Standard First Aid – Level A or C with CPR/AED, CSTS 2020 Certificates, CSO training
- Must have a flexible work schedule - shiftwork, overtime, and weekends
- Valid Class 5 drivers license
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Candidates must live in the immediate Bonnyville area or be willing to permanently relocate to this area
