Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have 10–12 years of experience in network routing, switching, and security, with a proven track record in designing, deploying, and supporting large-scale enterprise networks.

This role is critical in ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of network infrastructure using advanced Fortinet and Cisco technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network architectures using Fortinet and Cisco devices.
• Lead deployment and support for routing, switching, and UTM solutions.
• Administer and troubleshoot FortiGate Firewalls, FortiManager, and Fortinet SD-WAN.
• Implement and manage advanced security solutions such as ZTNA, SIEM, and SASE.
• Provide expert-level support and proactive maintenance for mission-critical environments.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver optimized network solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10–12 years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking (routing, switching, security).
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Fortinet firewalls, FortiManager, and UTM platforms.
• 3–4 years of experience with Fortinet SD-WAN.
• Strong expertise in Fortinet and Cisco technologies.
• Deep understanding of ZTNA, SIEM, and SASE frameworks.
• Experience in designing and supporting complex network architectures.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in BPO industry.
• Certifications such as:
• Fortinet NSE
• Cisco CCNP / CCIE
• Exposure to hybrid cloud and multi-vendor environments.

Location & Work Timings

• Location: India (Remote)
• Work Hours: US EST (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
