TCI Foundation invites applications for the position of Health Centre Administrator on contractual basis for its Health Centre’s at Bilaspur (Haryana). The Health Centre Administrator works closely with various divisions in TCI Foundation to develop and execute strategies for the continued growth and success of these Health Centre’s.

Essential Qualification:
Master’s degree in public health (MPH) regular course from UGC recognized University with minimum 3 years’ experience at National or State level public health programs.
OR
Master’s degree in social work (MSW) regular course from UGC recognized University with minimum 3 years’ experience at National or State level public health programs.
Skills
Data analysis, report writing, administration, procurement, assets management.

Scope of Work:
- Overall administrative control of Health Centre.
- Ensure all statutory compliances required for Health Centre.
- Supervise the staff and get daily reporting from all staff members.
- Develop staff roster plan based upon annual planning. Deploy staff members and assign them responsibilities to perform.
- Evaluate the work performance of staff on quarterly basis and will submit the same with their recommendations to Supervisor.
- Complete liaison with staff members and head office to develop program planning on annual basis and will send it for consideration and approval of Director. Implement approved plan.
- Ensure constant medical and other requirement supplies in the Health Centre’s.
- Assets management, coding and their records management.
- Accounts and financial management of Health Centre. All kinds of funds/grants allocated for office expenses, medical and laboratory consumables and other clinical affairs including grant of revolving funds for purchase of medicines. Keeping records of all financial transactions; submit all bills/invoice on monthly basis to head office within timeframe.
- Records keeping and its management of records viz. clinical, administrative and financial records for a prescribed period as per the prevailing rules, regulation and Acts.
- Monitor and evaluate the clinical and preventive education dissemination.
- Quality controlled monthly/Quarterly/annual reports within timelines to head office for further sharing with the grant agency.
- Keep the Health Centre fully functional and operational.
- Strengthen in-house capacity building of staff on periodic basis.
- Participate actively in all clinical activities including medical and healthcare camps, IPC sessions, and IEC dissemination.
- Liaison with government agencies, local health authorities, stakeholders and beneficiaries. Conduct periodic advocacy and/or demand generation meetings with the stakeholders and local authorities. Identify and empanel a network of public and private healthcare facilities and diagnostic centres for referral cases.
