Job Description
As a Sales Manager for international key accounts, your role involves various responsibilities including:
- Supplier and product qualification:
- Lead and coordinate the development of customer relationships and product qualification for international key accounts.
- Manage GSA, strategic planning, competitor analysis, and customer demand research.
- Order acquisition:
- Understand project planning and capacity of the international key accounts department.
- Identify key projects, achieve technology implantation, and ensure order realization.
- Project fulfillment:
- Collaborate with regions to complete project signing, shipment, invoicing, revenue recognition, and accounts receivable collection.
- Basic work:
- Collaborate with regions and follow the LTC process.
- Enter information in CRM system standards and execute project initiation, bidding, contract signing, and project fulfillment process tracking.
- Customer relationship:
- Conduct high-level visits, factory tours, technical exchanges, and marketing activities.
- Marketing planning:
- Develop specialized marketing plans for each key account by exploring customer needs and analyzing company strengths and weaknesses.
- Key account signing and qualification:
- Strive to achieve qualification for top customers and products, and secure order breakthroughs.
Qualifications required for this role:
- Bachelors degree or above in Electrical Engineering, New Energy, Marketing, or related fields.
