Job Description

As a Sales Manager for international key accounts, your role involves various responsibilities including:

  • Supplier and product qualification:
  • Lead and coordinate the development of customer relationships and product qualification for international key accounts.
  • Manage GSA, strategic planning, competitor analysis, and customer demand research.
  • Order acquisition:
  • Understand project planning and capacity of the international key accounts department.
  • Identify key projects, achieve technology implantation, and ensure order realization.
  • Project fulfillment:
  • Collaborate with regions to complete project signing, shipment, invoicing, revenue recognition, and accounts receivable collection.
  • Basic work:
  • Collaborate with regions and follow the LTC process.
  • Enter information in CRM system standards and execute project initiation, bidding, contract signing, and project fulfillment process tracking.
  • Customer relationship:
  • Conduct high-level visits, factory tours, technical exchanges, and marketing activities.
  • Marketing planning:
  • Develop specialized marketing plans for each key account by exploring customer needs and analyzing company strengths and weaknesses.
  • Key account signing and qualification:
  • Strive to achieve qualification for top customers and products, and secure order breakthroughs.

Qualifications required for this role:

  • Bachelors degree or above in Electrical Engineering, New Energy, Marketing, or related fields.
