SAP ERP Materials Management (MM) Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform SAP security-related activities, including user management and role management.
• Manage GRC 10.1 Access Control components such as Access Risk Analysis, Access Request Management, and Emergency Access Management.
• Execute role design and role changes based on evolving business requirements.
• Generate, analyze, and maintain audit and compliance reports related to SAP Security and GRC.
• Conduct periodic user access reviews and role approver reviews.
• Perform impact analysis and gap analysis, and develop corrective action plans for priority tickets.
• Train end users and prepare clear and comprehensive training documentation.
• Evaluate security-related changes in business requirements and prepare technical security design documents.
• Follow change control processes, including testing, approvals, and release documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and drive continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA with a focus on MM implementation and support is required.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Security, including user and role management, is required.
• Practical knowledge of SAP GRC 10.1 Access Control components is required.
• Experience in audit support, compliance reporting, and access reviews is required.
• The ability to perform impact analysis and translate business requirements into security solutions is required.
• Strong communication skills to train users and collaborate with cross-functional teams are required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
