• Staff and Security Coordination: Coordinating with cafeteria / security staff for maintenance needs and ensuring the security of the area after
• Safety & Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local regulations, conducting safety inspections, and managing risk assessments
• Vendor Management: Negotiating contracts, managing third-party vendors, and overseeing service provider performance.
• Financial Control: Preparing and managing operational budgets, tracking expenses, and optimizing facility costs.
• Asset Management and Inventory: Monitoring the inventory, and maintenance supplies, and managing the procurement of new items
