📣 We’re Hiring | Aptitude Expert – Program & Learning Design (Quantitative Aptitude & Logical Reasoning) | TCS YEP (CSR)

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Youth Employment Program (YEP) is looking for an experienced Aptitude Expert to strengthen employability outcomes for learners—building strong quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning skills aligned to industry and competitive/pre-employment expectations.

📍 Location: Bengaluru | Chennai | Kochi

What you’ll do:

• Lead the QA & LR curriculum framework—define learning outcomes, competency levels, and assessment strategy across program stages.
• Ensure structured progression from foundational to advanced aptitude skills based on learner readiness.
• Create and own original content, question banks, and assessments;

validate for accuracy, relevance, and difficulty calibration.

• Build training strategy inputs—develop trainer guides, instructional approaches, and learner support mechanisms.
• Enable and mentor trainers through knowledge sessions, reviews, and feedback loops.
• Collaborate closely with vendors/content partners and ensure quality assurance across outsourced/blended models.
• Analyze learner performance data to identify gaps and recommend improvements to curriculum, pedagogy, and assessments.
• Support pilots and innovation in aptitude training methodologies.

Preferred profile:

• Robust subject-matter expertise in Quantitative Aptitude & Logical Reasoning.
• Experience in curriculum design, training strategy, or large-scale learning programs (employability/competitive exams/corporate training).
• Strong analytical ability, communication, and stakeholder management.
