About the Company
We are partnering with a globally recognized 3PL provider known for reliable brokerage services and strong operational support across loads of all sizes. This is a strong opportunity for a proven sales professional to grow within a well-established logistics platform backed by a collaborative operations team.
About the Role
The role is open to both experienced 3PL/logistics sales professionals and strong outbound sales candidates from outside the industry who are motivated to build a career in logistics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a portfolio of clients across North America
- Prospect, build relationships, and generate new business
- Bring existing logistics relationships/book of business, if applicable
- Learn and sell 3PL/brokerage solutions with strong operational support
- Work closely with operations in a team-based environment
- Identify new lanes, opportunities, and account growth potential
- Contribute to the growth of a high-performing Calgary branch
Qualifications
- Proven 3PL/logistics sales experience or strong outbound sales experience from another industry
- Genuine interest in logistics and freight brokerage
- Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Team-first mindset and comfort working closely with operations
- High level of computer savviness, including experience with Salesforce, Outlook, and Microsoft Office
- Comfortable working hybrid or fully remote
- Professional references available upon request
Pay range and compensation package
- Base salary: approximately $70,000–$90,000, with flexibility for the right person
- Competitive GP-based commission structure, typically ranging from approximately 5% to 8% depending on gross profit performance
- Commission structure can be customized for standout reps with a strong track record or existing book of business

Pay: $80,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
