About the Company

We are partnering with a globally recognized 3PL provider known for reliable brokerage services and strong operational support across loads of all sizes. This is a strong opportunity for a proven sales professional to grow within a well-established logistics platform backed by a collaborative operations team.

About the Role

The role is open to both experienced 3PL/logistics sales professionals and strong outbound sales candidates from outside the industry who are motivated to build a career in logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow a portfolio of clients across North America
  • Prospect, build relationships, and generate new business
  • Bring existing logistics relationships/book of business, if applicable
  • Learn and sell 3PL/brokerage solutions with strong operational support
  • Work closely with operations in a team-based environment
  • Identify new lanes, opportunities, and account growth potential
  • Contribute to the growth of a high-performing Calgary branch

Qualifications

  • Proven 3PL/logistics sales experience or strong outbound sales experience from another industry
  • Genuine interest in logistics and freight brokerage
  • Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Team-first mindset and comfort working closely with operations
  • High level of computer savviness, including experience with Salesforce, Outlook, and Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable working hybrid or fully remote
  • Professional references available upon request

Pay range and compensation package

  • Base salary: approximately $70,000–$90,000, with flexibility for the right person
  • Competitive GP-based commission structure, typically ranging from approximately 5% to 8% depending on gross profit performance
  • Commission structure can be customized for standout reps with a strong track record or existing book of business

Pay: $80,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
