Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist

As an Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in processing transactions, managing reconciliations, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing payments and commissions related to various transactions.
• Calculating income, expenses, and revenue based on different pricing models.
• Reconciling accounts between internal systems and bank partners.
• Preparing reconciliation dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyzing suspicious transactions and other external activities.
• Resolving queries regarding unreconciled and outstanding items with stakeholders.
• Managing meetings and addressing hurdles effectively.
• Managing escalations, SLAs, and turnaround times.
• Developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Fostering strong team coordination and contributing to process improvement.

Qualifications required for this role include:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com), Masters in Commerce (M.Com), or Master of Business Administration (MBA) (preferred).
• 4-7 years of experience in Banking, Loan Operations, or MIS (Management Information Systems).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced functions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
