Job Description

As a Dy Manager/Associate Manager/Manager-PM-Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, CAD software).
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Developing a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Understanding project requirements and completing all duties assigned.
  • Coordinating internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
  • Establishing and maintaining processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks.
  • Assigning and monitoring resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
  • Reporting project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalating issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan.
  • Demonstrating robust written and verbal communication skills.
  • Utilizing strong knowledge of written and digital project management tools.
  • Showcasing excellent presentation skills.
