1) Job Purpose

We are looking for a Document Controller for our Renewables Projects (ISTS/ Captive), who has skills to manage the intake, handling and storage of documentation for project related documents and it’s management system.

 Provide management, handling and storage of technical documents of the Engineering and Technology Department.

 Ensure smooth workflow, archive materials and seamless document management

4) Principal Accountabilities

Accountability Supporting Actions

 Managing documentation software, drawing/document numbering system, document description as per organization standards.

 Maintaining an archive of pre-bid and post-bid project documents along with the technical standards.

 Understanding ABRen documentation template.

 Responsible for project folder setup, folder maintenance, formulating point of contact for document allocation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

 Work closely within the department along with various teams (Electrical, Civil etc.) as well as along with various other departments (Projects, O & M etc.)

Quality Assurance

 Implement and oversee quality assurance processes of document management and smooth workflow.

Project Engineering Oversight

 Ensuring workflow completion of the documents within time by assisting the person in contact and vendor.
