Role- Talent Acquisition Specialist
Experience- 4+ Years
Location- Dehradun
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for fintech and audit roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and professional networks
- Screen and shortlist candidates for roles in Finance, Audit, Tax, Risk, and Compliance
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
- Build strong talent pipelines for niche financial roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and timelines
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
Key Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Prior experience hiring for Fintech, Audit Firms, or Financial Services
- Strong understanding of roles in Finance, Audit, Taxation, Compliance, and Risk
- Excellent sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS platforms
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Max Compensation - 10 Lacs
Notice Period - Max 1 Month
Selection Process - 2/3 rounds of online interview including case Study
Must be in Dehradun or willing to relocate there.
