Job Description
This role is with a very large consulting firm.
People who are part of Legal risk management teams of the large audit firms.
Location - Delhi / Mumbai/ Bangalore
Education - LLB
CTC- 17 Lpa
Key responsibilities:
- Review, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts from both client and vendor perspectives.
- Provide legal support in proposal drafting and contract documentation.
- Review RFPs, RFQs, tenders, power of attorney, pre-bid queries, deviation matrix, cover letters, declarations, and bid compliance checklists.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance.
- Stay updated with legal developments, including personal data protection and contractual compliance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- LLB graduate from a reputed law college.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as an In-House Legal Counsel in a large organization.
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary corporate workplace.
- Strong contract review and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written, presentation, and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a diverse team.
