Assistant Manager- Legal Risk Management - Audit/Law Firm

This role is with a very large consulting firm.People who are part of Legal risk management teams of the large audit firms.Location - Delhi / Mumbai/ BangaloreEducation - LLBCTC- 17 LpaKey responsibilities:- Review, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts from both client and vendor perspectives.- Provide legal support in proposal drafting and contract documentation.- Review RFPs, RFQs, tenders, power of attorney, pre-bid queries, deviation matrix, cover letters, declarations, and bid compliance checklists.- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance.- Stay updated with legal developments, including personal data protection and contractual compliance.Qualifications & Experience:- LLB graduate from a reputed law college.- Minimum 4 years of experience as an In-House Legal Counsel in a large organization.- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary corporate environment.- Strong contract review and negotiation skills.- Excellent written, presentation, and spoken English.- Ability to work independently as well as in a diverse team.
