Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented sales professionals with strong experience in large infrastructure/project sales within the construction chemicals industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving project sales, building relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to business growth across major infrastructure projects.
Role & responsibilities
- Drive sales and promotion of construction chemical products across assigned regions.
- Handle large infrastructure projects such as:
- Roads, Bridges, Highways
- Metro & Rail Projects
- Industrial & Government Projects
- Tunnels, Airports, and Housing Projects
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in project segments.
- Engage with Contractors, Consultants, Project Heads, Architects, and key decision-makers.
- Achieve assigned project sales targets and revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely execution and delivery.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualification
- Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Experience
- 3 to 15 years of relevant experience.
- Mandatory experience in Project Sales of Construction Chemicals.
- Strong exposure to large infrastructure projects is required.
