Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Head to lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations in a modular furniture production unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production planning, quality control, cost optimization, and timely delivery while maintaining high safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow across all manufacturing processes
• Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet delivery timelines
• Monitor production output, efficiency, and quality standards
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage
• Ensure adherence to quality standards for modular furniture products
• Manage and lead production teams, including supervisors and shop floor workers
• Coordinate with procurement, design, and sales teams for seamless operations
• Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Analyse production data and prepare reports for management review
• Handle machine maintenance planning and minimize downtime

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in modular furniture or wood-based manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of CNC machines, panel saw, edge banding and router machine
• Leadership and team management skills
