Finance / Valuation Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end valuation engagements for transactions, financial reporting, and strategic decision-making
• Develop advanced, dynamic financial models to assess intrinsic value under multiple scenarios
• Provide valuation-driven insights for M&A, private equity, and capital-raising transactions
• Conduct in-depth industry research, competitive benchmarking, and sensitivity analysis to support investment theses
• Prepare high-quality valuation reports, investment memoranda, and client presentations with a strong analytical narrative
• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders on due diligence, risk assessment, and deal execution
• Continuously refine internal valuation frameworks, templates, and best practices

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong command over valuation frameworks including DCF, Comparable Company Analysis, and Precedent Transactions
• Deep understanding of financial statements, corporate credit, and value drivers across industries
• Demonstrated ability to build institutional-grade financial models with precision and clarity
• High intellectual curiosity, ownership mindset, and commitment to excellence
