About the company - Our client, is a trusted, respected Pharmaceutical Company in the field of DERMATOLOGY and they are into developing, manufacturing and creating mega brands since 2003.

Currently our client is engaged in marketing around 25 DERMA BRANDS with PAN INDIA operations.

Role Overview The E‑commerce Operations Executive will manage inventory, orders, and coordination with warehouse and logistics teams. The goal is to ensure products are always available and orders are delivered on time across all online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Zepto, Tata 1mg and other platforms
• Ensure timely replenishment of stock to avoid stock‑outs
• Coordinate with warehouse team for stock dispatch
• Track inventory discrepancies and resolve issues

2. Order Management

• Monitor daily orders and ensure timely dispatch
• Handle order cancellations, returns and exchanges
• Ensure platform SLA compliance for dispatch and delivery
• Work with warehouse and customer support teams for smooth order processing

3. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and internal teams
• Communicate with marketplace account managers
• Handle shipping, returns and reverse logistics
• Resolve operational issues quickly

4. Platform Performance Management

• Monitor account health metrics
• Track late dispatch, cancellations and returns
• Ensure product listings follow platform guidelines
• Suggest process improvements for better efficiency

Requirements

• Experience in E‑commerce operations preferred
• Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Zepto, Tata 1mg platforms
• Understanding of FBA and FBF operations
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in fast‑paced environment
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
