We are looking for a experienced Client Servicing Manager / Senior Manager to join our Mumbai team. The ideal candidate should have worked in events and experiential marketing, a strong background in client relationship management, project management, and strategic thinking, with a passion for experiential marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring project excellence, and contributing to the overall success of the account.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships built on trust and delivery
- Deeply understand client needs, business objectives, and expectations to provide tailored solutions and consistently exceptional service
- Proactively communicate with clients on project progress, address concerns swiftly, and turn feedback into action
Project Management
- Plan, execute, and deliver experiential marketing projects end-to-end on time, on budget, and on brief
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, keeping all internal and client stakeholders aligned at every stage
- Monitor project progress, flag risks early, and implement solutions before they become problems
- Proficient in Excel for project tracking, cost management, and reporting — organized and systematic in approach
- Develop compelling pitch decks and present ideas to clients with clarity and confidence
Strategic Planning
- Work closely with clients to understand their broader business goals and develop experiential strategies that deliver measurable impact
- Provide insights and recommendations that go beyond the brief;anticipating what clients need before they ask
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate seamlessly across creative, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Foster a culture of open communication, accountability, and shared ownership across all projects
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and present regular performance reports with key metrics, insights, and clear recommendations
- Analyse campaign outcomes to identify patterns, learnings, and opportunities for future work.
- Monitor project progress, identifypotential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 6-10 years of experience in client servicing or account management
- Hands-on events experience is mandatory — live events, activations, and on-ground delivery
- Prior experience in an events or experiential marketing agency is non-negotiable
- Proficient in Excel, comfortable with tracking sheets, budgets, and project documentation
- Strong communication and project management skillswith a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to think strategically and provide creativesolutions to meet client objectives.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressureto meet deadlines.
- Passion for experiential marketing and staying updatedwith industry trends.
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
