Your role involves transforming ideas into engaging, premium, and high-retention content. You will have complete ownership of video contentfrom idea to final published reel.

What You Will Actually Do (Content Creation Flow):

• Generate reel ideas aligned with brand, campaigns, and trends
• Identify hooks, formats, and storytelling angles
• Build references and mood direction
• Create shot lists, transitions, and scene flow
• Decide camera angles, lighting, and visual style
• Plan styling, props, and shoot requirements
• Shoot content using camera/phone setups
• Direct models, team members, or clients
• Capture multiple angles and variations for editing flexibility
• Edit videos end-to-end with strong control on:
• Cuts and pacing
• Transitions
• Text overlays
• Sound design & music sync
• Color grading
• Create hook-first edits that retain attention in first 23 seconds
• Format videos for Instagram (aspect ratio, length, compression)
• Deliver polished, platform-ready content

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end reel creation
