Position Summary

The Creative Director leads the conceptual and creative output across packaging projects in the beauty space, defining and driving a clear, compelling visual and creative vision. The role will have a direct focus on strategic thinking, creative direction, and elevating the overall standard of work across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Concept and develop luxury-level packaging, GWP, and collateral production elements (ie key rings, cut & sew bags, counter units) that enhance brand presence, elevates the unboxing moment, and delivers social ready experiences for influencers and VIP
  • Create mockups to visualize concepts, structures, materials, finishes, and full unboxing sequences.
  • Translate creative briefs into thoughtful design solutions, balancing brand aesthetics, functional requirements, and production feasibility.
  • Create digital design guidelines for projects for regional production
  • Design with intention and narrative, ensuring that every touchpoint, from structure to materials to sensory cues, works together to create a cohesive brand experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Production, Accounts, and external vendors to ensure alignment from concept through final execution.
  • Specify materials, finishes, and structural details appropriate for luxury packaging (e.g., soft-touch coatings, foil stamping, magnetic closures, specialty papers).
  • Iterate quickly and present design directions with clear rationale grounded in brand strategy and consumer experience.
  • Ensure files are production-ready, accurately built, and aligned with manufacturing constraints and timelines.
