Job Description
As a Japan FPA Analyst, you will be responsible for all financial planning activities for Japan markets. Your role will involve preparing monthly flash and forecast, quarterly forecasts and budgets, and supporting Accounts leaders in tracking client profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Japan budgeting and forecasting process (including multi-year plan) with a focus on ensuring source data integrity.
- Prepare monthly Flash and Forecast (MFF) and variance analysis with Budget/Forecast.
- Consolidate inputs for quarterly forecast and budgets from business and account leaders and upload the same in Adaptive.
- Prepare and analyze Client level profitability reports and trend analysis.
- Track KPIs related to People cost ratio and Gross margin ratios for clients/Service Lines.
- Manage the EI & Capex forecast tracker and engage with various business partners.
- Engage with Group FPA Team to query and resolve any data inaccuracies.
- Prepare Business Review Meeting presentations and ad hoc reporting requests.
- Handle other ad hoc strategic and tactical requests.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA (Finance)/ Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- 2-3 years of experience in managing FPA for multinational organizations.
