• Coach leadership teams and support staff development
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

👤 Ideal Background:

• Former or current Hotel GM, multi-unit operator, or senior hospitality leader
• Strong experience in operations, financial performance, and guest service
• Passion for consulting and helping businesses grow
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Hospitality or Business Management certification preferred
