Job Description
This is a HYBRID opportunity with 2 required in office days each week. A person in this role could support at any of our 3 office locations in Pennsylvania - Philadelphia, King of Prussia or Bethlehem. We're looking for someone who's eager to contribute, collaborate, and grow with us as we continue expanding our digital capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and JavaScript. This individual will be responsible for designing and developing software applications, mentoring junior developers, and providing technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software applications that align with business requirements.
- Mentor junior developers and offer technical leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new features and applications.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience in application development, or a combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, IIS, Azure, XML, REST, Entity Framework, and Visual Studio.
- Strong understanding of the application lifecycle, full-stack development, databases, and application services.
- Experience with Blazor, MVC, React, and Bootstrap is a plus.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps (or equivalent tools).
- Familiarity with Agile principles and Scrum framework (certifications is a plus).
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and ability to leverage these tools responsibly in day-to-day engineering tasks.
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) certification and industry certifications in Microsoft technologies (.NET, SQL Server, Azure, etc.) are a plus.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel as needed for projects and opportunities.

T&M estimates that the salary range for this position will fall between $110,000 - $140,000The actual salary offered may vary within this range, depending on a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, educational qualifications, specific skills and knowledge, as well as internal pay equity and geographic location.
