Overview

We are seeking an experienced Network and Systems Engineer to troubleshoot, implement, and maintain enterprise-level infrastructure spanning networking, virtualization, automation, and monitoring systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki switches and access points, Palo Alto SD-WAN ION devices, and Nutanix AHV environments, along with a solid understanding of operational platforms including ServiceNow, SolarWinds, and Ansible.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Meraki network devices (switches, firewalls, and wireless APs) across multiple locations.
• Manage and optimize Palo Alto SD-WAN IONs, ensuring secure and resilient WAN connectivity.
• Administer Nutanix AHV clusters, supporting virtual machine lifecycle management and resource optimization.
• Utilize ServiceNow for incident, change, and asset management workflows.
• Monitor network and systems health through SolarWinds, proactively addressing performance issues.
• Develop and maintain Ansible automation playbooks to streamline configuration management and system updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and improve infrastructure reliability.
• Maintain documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in enterprise network and system engineering.
• Strong technical expertise in Meraki networking, Palo Alto SD-WAN, and Nutanix AHV.
• Hands-on experience with automation and monitoring tools (Ansible, SolarWinds, ServiceNow).
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, and network security principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto Networks, Nutanix, or network automation) preferred.
