Compensation

$55,700 - $104,600

Role Responsibilities:

Inventory Management and Replenishment

• Using local excel buying systems, E3 trim, or other demand replenishment software, maintain forecast exceptions to ensure the accuracy of all standard and seasonal forecasts.
• Process all usage change notifications in a timely manner.
• Maintain all relevant SKU Notes within the buying platforms as appropriate relating to customer/item ties, increased usage, etc.
• Connection with Produce Category Manager on factors affecting demand

Logistics/Supply Chain Management

• Responsible for maximizing Loadfill of all inbound products utilizing efficient loading strategy consolidation and re-distribution where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Logistics (TMS) and Supply Chain Optimization teams in capturing all available freight related efficiencies.
• Drive effective adoption of Corp logistics strategies.
• Report and follow-up on all OS&D & pricing discrepancy claims in a timely manner

Effective Shrink Management

• Maintain appropriate Days of Supply/Sales on Hand (DSOs) to ensure meeting customer demand while minimizing exposure to shrink.
• Work closely with Site QA/Category Manger to address aging products.
• Complies with Sysco's Food Safety Policy and procedures to ensure food safety, quality and legality requirements are met.
• Is willing to work safely with minimal environmental impact and understands the importance of reporting all hazards, incidents, and environmental spills immediately to their Supervisor.
• Understands that they play an integral role in their own safety and that of their colleagues and is willing to speak out when hazards are present.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements (About you):

• Minimum 1-2 years of Inventory Management/Purchasing experience
• Experience working within a retail, wholesale or distribution environment is an asset
• Experience in a similar or related analytical role is an asset
• High School Education or GED equivalent required, combination of education and experience is considered
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Procurement or supply chain designation an asset
• Proficient with Microsoft 365
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook & Excel
• Experience with replenishment software (E3, DPR) an asset
• Experience with AS400 an asset

Responsabilités du poste

Gestion des stocks et réapprovisionnement

• À l'aide de systèmes d'achat locaux (Excel), E3 Trim ou d'autres logiciels de planification de la demande, maintenir les exceptions de prévision afin d'assurer l'exactitude des prévisions standard et saisonnières
• Traiter rapidement tous les avis de changement de consommation
• Maintenir à jour toutes les notes SKU pertinentes dans les plateformes d'achat (liens client/article, augmentation de la demande, etc.)
• Collaborer avec le gestionnaire de catégorie (fruits et légumes) concernant les facteurs influençant la demande

Logistique / Gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement

• Maximiser le taux de chargement des produits entrants en utilisant des stratégies efficaces de consolidation et de redistribution, lorsque pertinent
• Collaborer avec les équipes de logistique (TMS) et d'optimisation de la chaîne d'approvisionnement afin de capter toutes les gains d'efficacité liés au transport
• Favoriser l'adoption efficace des stratégies logistiques corporatives
• Signaler et faire le suivi des réclamations liées aux écarts de sur, court et dommage (OS&D) ainsi qu'aux écarts de prix dans les meilleurs délais

Gestion efficace des pertes (« shrink »)

• Maintenir des niveaux appropriés de jours d'approvisionnement / ventes en main (DSO) afin de répondre à la demande des clients tout en minimisant les pertes
• Travailler étroitement avec l'assurance qualité du site et le gestionnaire de catégorie pour traiter les produits vieillissants
• Se conformer à la politique et aux procédures de salubrité alimentaire de Sysco afin d'assurer la sécurité, la qualité et la conformité des aliments
• Travailler de manière sécuritaire avec un impact environnemental minimal et signaler immédiatement tout danger, incident ou déversement au superviseur
• Comprendre son rôle essentiel dans sa propre sécurité et celle de ses collègues et signaler toute situation dangereuse
• Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe

Qualifications

• Minimum de 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en gestion des stocks ou en approvisionnement
• Expérience dans un environnement de vente au détail, de gros ou de distribution (un atout)
• Expérience dans un rôle analytique similaire ou connexe (un atout)
• Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent (GED); une combinaison de formation et d'expérience sera considérée
• Baccalauréat (préféré)
• Certification en approvisionnement ou en chaîne d'approvisionnement (un atout)
• Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft 365
• Connaissance intermédiaire de Microsoft Outlook et Excel
• Expérience avec des logiciels de réapprovisionnement (E3, DPR) (un atout)
• Expérience avec AS400 (un atout)
