As a Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Synycs Enterprises, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential leads both in India and international markets like the UK, Australia, and the Middle East. Your responsibilities will include crafting personalized outreach messages via email, LinkedIn, and calls to engage prospects, scheduling discovery meetings for the senior sales team with key decision-makers, maintaining detailed lead activity records in the CRM, collaborating with sales leadership to enhance messaging and outreach strategy, and consistently achieving or surpassing weekly/monthly meeting booking targets.

To excel in this role, you should have 13 years of experience in lead generation, cold outreach, or SaaS sales, along with proficient written and verbal English skills. Familiarity with outbound tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo would be advantageous. A tech-savvy, self-motivated attitude coupled with a desire to thrive in the world of inside sales is essential, with a basic understanding of cloud, app development, or SaaS concepts considered a bonus.

Qualifications for this position include a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, with additional training or certifications in sales or communication being beneficial.
