- Build and maintain strong relationships with a high volume of customers through proactive outreach and digital engagement.
- Monitor account health, usage data, and customer satisfaction to anticipate needs and mitigate churn risks.
- Manage the end-to-end commercial renewal process to ensure steady, predictable revenue retention.
Account Growth (Upsell & Cross-sell)
- Identify opportunities within your portfolio to introduce new features, modules, or user licenses that align with the client’s business goals.
- Position value effectively to turn small accounts into larger, high-value partnerships.
Outbound & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as an extension of the Inside Sales team, collaborating on targeted outbound sales campaigns.

- Strong commercial acumen with a foundational understanding of SaaS metrics like ARR, churn, and retention.
- Excellent communication skills: you are comfortable managing relationships at scale via email, video calls, and phone.

- Resilient & Proactive: You don’t wait for clients to come to you; you enjoy reaching out and finding opportunities.
- Collaborative: You thrive working across teams, especially with Sales and Marketing.
