Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior BI Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. Our client is an international network specializing in healthcare.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of BI (Tableau, Power BI), including data modeling, dashboard structure, calculated fields, usability, and data storytelling.
• Expertise in visualization.
• Strong understanding of BI reporting lifecycles and recurring delivery models.
• Understanding of reviewing data logic, KPI definitions, and QA outputs.
• Experience in partnering with Data Engineering on data sources, schemas, and refresh logic.
• Familiarity with ETL tools and data manipulation concepts (Databricks basics, SQL).
• Ability to translate complex BI outputs into clear, executive-ready insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience managing analysts and BI workstreams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own delivery of monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc BI reporting products across assigned accounts.
• Ensure reports and dashboards meet standards for accuracy, consistency, timeliness, and clarity.
• Oversee reporting calendars, dependencies, and analyst workload planning.
• Bring fresh ideas for static outputs using BI core or platform
• Define, document, and maintain standardized KPI definitions and reporting logic.
• Ensure consistency in metric usage across dashboards, reports, and client communications.
• Identify data discrepancies or logic gaps and lead resolution with analysts and partners.
• Oversee BI dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) from a design, usability, and insight-readiness perspective.
• Ensure dashboards support executive and practitioner audiences with clear narratives.
• Guide analysts on visualization best practices and insight storytelling.
• Improve efficiency and scalability of recurring BI reporting workflows.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to align on data structures, refresh logic, and QA processes.
• Reduce manual effort and risk through standardized templates and repeatable processes.
• Partner with Client Services, Media, Strategy, and Data teams to align on BI outputs and expectations.
• Support account teams in explaining KPIs, data limitations, and reporting changes to clients.
• Contribute BI expertise to planning, measurement discussions, and reporting evolution.

• Experience with pharma, HCP, or healthcare media analytics.
• Expertise in digital media measurement (media KPIs, attribution concepts, omnichannel analysis).

Experience in inheriting or stabilizing existing BI reporting programs.
