Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for an Angular Engineer with C# and Web API for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine. Our client is a leading global provider that gathers information and reports to enhance the environmental and social impacts on the business.

The role will involve designing and implementing a solution in Angular and C# (Web API) on top of an existing application, in collaboration with other engineers.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in web development using various technologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing web SaaS multi-tenant systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Transact-SQL.
• Expert understanding of best practices in back-end architecture, including performance, security, and scalability.
• Solid experience with Angular using TypeScript, Jasmine, and .NET Web API using C#.
• Understanding of Azure technologies, environment, and services (Application Gateway, Queues, Azure Function, B2C).
• Working knowledge of Agile Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience working in a continuous integration and deployment environment.
• Practical experience with Azure DevOps.
• Expert knowledge of .NET Web Forms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work effectively independently and in a dynamic team environment.
• Proven time management, organizational, and follow-up skills to meet deadlines.
• Quality-oriented individual with a passion for customer satisfaction.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and processes as needed.
• Strong work ethic and professionalism.
• Good communication skills in English.
• University degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Write clean code to develop functional web applications and server-side applications.
• Develop unit and integration tests, and collaborate with QA to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with product owners and product managers to understand business requirements.
• Provide input for project estimation, planning, timelines, and status.
• Provide technical design and build for new features.
• Conduct analysis and refactoring of existing source code
• Analyze requirements, suggest concepts, and assess development efforts.
• Establish yourself as a Subject Matter Expert.
