Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure monthly growth and marketing strategies are implemented accurately and on time.
2. Maintain menu hygiene, including menu audits, category management, pricing, add-ons, and listing updates.
3. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and aggregator POCs on operational matters.
4. Coordinate with platforms such as Swiggy and Zomato for menu updates, promotions, and issue resolution.
5. Monitor ongoing activities and follow up to ensure smooth execution.
6. Compile, analyze, and maintain performance data and reports.
7. Share regular updates, insights, and recommendations with internal teams and clients.
