Seeking a Learning Technology & AI Consultant to manage and optimize learning platforms and drive data-driven, scalable learning solutions. This role focuses on LMS/LXP ecosystems, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and learner experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee learning technologies (LMS, LXP, LRS, authoring tools)
- Evaluate platforms, vendors, and data performance
- Implement AI-driven learning solutions with responsible use practices
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable, tech-enabled learning strategies
- Develop standards, documentation, and training for tools adoption
- Ensure compliance, risk management, and data integrity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with enterprise learning platforms & strategy
- Knowledge of LMS/LXP, SCORM, xAPI, and learning analytics
- Experience with AI-enabled learning tools
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills
Preferred
- Experience with tools like Workday, Cornerstone, Degreed, EdCast, Articulate, Rise
- Spanish proficiency (nice to have)
