1. LMS Administration

• Manage the organization’s online learning platform used for Mandarin and enrichment classes.
• Create, update, and organize courses, class schedules, and enrollment information.
• Maintain student and instructor accounts, ensuring accurate data and secure access.
• Upload lesson materials, videos, assignments, and assessment tools.
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate technical support.

2. Website and User Interface Design

• Regularly update the website with new programs, events, schedules, and announcements.
• Design and maintain a clean, user-friendly interface that appeals to parents and students.
• Apply consistent visual branding using graphics, photos, and layouts aligned with the school’s identity.
• Improve navigation, readability, and accessibility for both desktop and mobile users.

3. Graphic and Visual Content Creation

• Design promotional banners, course thumbnails, and visuals for seasonal events such as Chinese New Year or Summer Camp.
• Use design tools (like Canva, Adobe Express, or Figma) to create engaging and culturally themed visuals.
• Optimize all images and videos for web performance and SEO.

4. Communication and Marketing Support

• Post program updates and blog articles highlighting student projects and cultural activities.
• Collaborate with staff to promote registration campaigns through the website and newsletters.
• Ensure the website accurately reflects ongoing classes, special programs, and partnerships.

5. Data, Analytics, and Improvement

• Track user activity, course engagement, and website traffic through analytics tools.
• Gather feedback from parents, students, and teachers to enhance usability and design.
• Regularly back up LMS data and maintain version control of all updates.
