Job Description
Description
BlueTuskr is a full-service e-commerce growth agency built exclusively for e-commerce brands. We combine paid media, SEO, creative, and analytics to help our clients scale profitably. Our team is made up of specialists who are deeply invested in their craft - and in the success of the brands they serve.
This isn't a "jack of all trades" environment. We hire people who are exceptional at what they do, then give them the resources and autonomy to do it well.
The Opportunity We're looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who is exceptional at all things email, SMS, and pop-up marketing. This is a hands-on role for someone who has spent time in the trenches of email marketing and brings strong, applied knowledge of client retention strategies across top platforms (Klaviyo, MailChimp, HubSpot, etc.) that they can leverage for cross-channel support.
You'll manage client accounts directly, lay the foundation for growing email marketing management, and help shape the agency's retention strategy. You'll be the person clients trust to tell them the truth, make the call, and back it up with data.
This role is ideal for someone who is energized by building something new — and who wants to do meaningful, measurable work at a company that actually holds itself accountable to results.
What You'll Own
Client-Facing Leadership
- Execute email marketing audits using platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.
- Offer your knowledge and strategies to the email marketing space relating to automation, strategy, A/B testing, and more
- Implement emails into specified client platforms
- Assist with email marketing projects such as automation projects, segmentation, and A/B testing
- Monthly reporting documentation and results reflection
- List cleaning, segmentation creation, integrations, and overall deliverability management
- Knowledge, insights, and active reports on DMARC, DKIM, SPF, and other technical deliverability items
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to email marketing
- Support with analytics tracking and offer strategy for future campaigns
- Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate email marketing strategies
Who You Are
Skills get you in the door. These are the qualities that make you right for this role:

- Experience with Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and other relevant platforms
- Analytics-driven
- Ability to provide suggestions for underperforming email marketing accounts
- Expert when it comes to deliverability (DKIM, DMARC, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Experience with email copywriting is a plus!
Ability to be client-facing ONLY for questions or concerns; this role does not own clients.
- What Success Looks Like
In your first 90 days:
- You've audited existing email accounts and presented a prioritized roadmap for each
- You've been actively working on strategy, implementation, audits, etc., for all current email marketing accounts
- You've built relationships with your client portfolio and established yourself as a credible strategic partner
- You have a clear picture of what the email marketing department needs to operate at a high level
