About The Role We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Marketing Graphic Designer (Print & Digital) to join our remote team within the Brand/Marketing department. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and managing the production of visual assets across both digital and physical channels.
Your work will span social media advertisements, website graphics, printed materials, packaging, and large-format brand experiences. You will be instrumental in ensuring our brand visuals are cohesive, polished, and impactful across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling, capable of managing projects from initial concept through to final execution, including vendor coordination and print production.

Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in graphic or marketing design, preferably within consumer brands or creative agencies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
- Experience designing digital advertisements across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, and email marketing, including motion graphics and short-form video concepts.
- Proven ability to design for print and manage the entire production process—from initial concept to vendor coordination and final delivery.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand systems.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience providing creative direction and quality control for external agencies, freelancers, and production partners.
- Ability to stay current with design, cultural, and platform trends to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
Responsibilities
- Own the full design process for both digital and print assets, from brainstorming and concept development to final production-ready files.
- Create digital marketing assets for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display, website PDPs, emails, and landing pages.
- Design and produce physical brand materials, including packaging, printed inserts, brochures, invitations, event collateral, and retail signage.
- Coordinate print and production activities, including sourcing materials, selecting vendors, preparing specifications, reviewing proofs, and ensuring quality output.
- Develop creative concepts for out-of-home (OOH) campaigns and experiential environments, including posters, transit ads, billboards, and event signage.
- Collaborate with content and advertising teams to design graphics, illustrations, and motion elements for storytelling and short-form videos.
- Build reusable and scalable templates for social media and advertising workflows to streamline production processes.
- Maintain and update brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels and external partners.
- Provide creative direction and quality assurance for agencies, freelancers, and production vendors to uphold brand standards.
- Stay informed on current design, cultural, and platform trends to keep the brand visually relevant and distinctive.
