Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager responsible for managing the entire region of

Virudhunagar, Madurai, Dindugal ,Tirunelveli, and Nagerkovil.

The individual in this role will oversee business strategy development, manage client accounts, lead sales initiatives, and expand business opportunities. Responsibilities include creating business plans, analyzing market trends, driving revenue growth, fostering client relationships, and identifying new prospects. The role requires strong leadership to guide teams and deliver business objectives successfully.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum Experience 5+Years Required.
• Proficiency in Business Planning and experience in formulating strategic growth initiatives
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, financial data, and business performance
• Expertise in Interior Product Sales and proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Experience with Brand Development and Digital Marketing techniques
• Experience in Account Management to foster and maintain client relationships
• Robust Business Development skills to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership abilities
• Prior experience in the Interiors architecture, construction, or interior design industries is mandatory
