Our client is searching for a strategic, hands‑on Plant Manager to take the helm of a busy Oakville manufacturing facility. - A high‑performing team through strong leadership—hiring, coaching, developing, and evaluating talent
- Budget oversight, inventory management, and supply chain coordination to support operational goals

What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 5–10 years of plant or operations management experience within manufacturing
- Working within a unionized environment

- Strong command of production planning, cost control, and quality assurance
- Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and safety regulations
