This is not a back-office, follow-instructions type of job.
This role is closer to a junior automation engineer / AI operator embedded in legal workflows .
We are specifically looking for people who:
- Think in systems, not tasks
- Prefer automation over repetition
- Enjoy building workflows, not just executing them

What You’ll Actually Do
- Run and optimize high-volume email workflows using AI
- Build systems for:
- Client intake and follow-ups
- Email drafting and response automation
- Task prioritization and routing
- Use tools like:
- Claude (AI workflows / CoWork)
- Google Gemini
- Gmail + Google Workspace automations
- Zapier / Make / Google Apps Script
- Act as an AI agent steward —continuously improving how systems operate
- Identify inefficiencies and replace manual processes with automation
Who You Are
- You default to automation first, manual work last
- You’re comfortable handling large volumes of communication and tasks
- You write clear, professional English
- You’re curious and constantly experimenting with new tools
- You take ownership and improve systems without being asked
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Google Apps Script, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Gmail workflows, filters, and structured communication
- Comfortable with light scripting or “vibe coding”
- Any background in legal, ops, or executive support is a bonus—not required
Compensation
- Competitive based on capability
- Suggested range: ₹6,00,000 +
- Higher for exceptional candidates with strong AI + automation skills
