Elevate HR operations as a hands-on HR Manager focused on a thriving manufacturing environment. Leverage expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance to support a workforce of 150.
This role encompasses complete HR support for four operating plants. You will lead full-cycle recruitment, develop policies, and ensure compliance with Ontario standards. The work involves supporting performance management and enhancing workplace culture for effective HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles
- Serve as primary HR contact across all plants
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation
- Guide managers through performance reviews
- Administer HRIS and employee documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business
- 5+ years HR generalist experience, manufacturing preferred
- Strong judgment and communication skills
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel between multiple sites
