Job Description

Sukhmani Diagnocare & Institute of Intervention, Bathinda is seeking a Radiographer Intern who is eager to gain hands-on clinical experience in CT, MRI, and X-Ray imaging. This internship is designed for students or recent graduates who want practical exposure in a professional diagnostic healthcare environment under the guidance of experienced radiologists and senior technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior radiographers in performing CT, MRI, and X-Ray procedures
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures and explain the process clearly
• Operate imaging equipment under supervision while following safety protocols
• Ensure proper patient positioning to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness of imaging rooms and equipment
• Follow radiation safety standards and institutional guidelines
• Assist in documentation, patient records, and image data handling
• Learn and comply with ethical practices and patient confidentiality norms

Eligibility Criteria

• Pursuing or recently completed Diploma / BSc in Radiography or Medical Imaging Technology
• Basic theoretical knowledge of CT, MRI, and X-Ray
• Genuine interest in diagnostic imaging and patient care
• Willingness to learn and work under supervision
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a clinical healthcare setting
